Ingredients

milk chocolate, semisweet or bittersweet
Instructions
Make sure butter is room temperature.
In an electric mixer, with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and brown sugar.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and continue to beat.
Turn the mixture to low and slowly add in the flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake in 9 x 9 X 3 greased pan. We use a little vegetable oil rubbed on the bottom and sides of the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at a preheated 325-degree oven or until light golden brown.
