Lemon Mocktail
A refreshing and flavorful lemon drink using tea and a whole lemon!

Ingredients

whole
lemon
seeds removed

tbsp
honey

cup
chamomile tea
brewed
1/2
cup
grapefruit juice
yellow or pink

Instructions
Brew the chamomile tea with 1 cup hot water for 5 minutes.
Add all of the ingredients, including the tea into a blender.
Blend all ingredients until liquid.
Strain into a cocktail shaker.
Shake for 20-30 seconds with ice. You MUST shake for 20-30 seconds to dilute the drink.
Strain into a prepared glass, preferably a martini or coupe glass.
Notes
Use a different variety of tea if you prefer.
Add more honey for a sweeter mocktail.
Make sure to shake for 20-30 seconds with ice.
Serve immediately.
