Ingredients

Instructions
Add the coconut flakes to the bottom of a clean glass jar.
Layer in the peppermint sticks, cinnamon sticks, star anise, nutmeg, and cloves.
Seal the jar and store until ready to use.
To simmer, pour 1-2 cups of water into a small pot and add the entire contents of the jar.
Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat, adding more water as needed.
