- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 celery sticks
- 1/4 slice jalapeño seeds removed
- 1 ounce tequila

- 2 pineapples rind removed, cut into large sticks
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 ounce rum
Strawberry, Pear and Apple Dream
- 3 apples
- 3 pears
- 12 strawberries
- 1 lime juice
- 1 ounce gin

Save the fresh juice in the refrigerator for 2 days to make cocktails.
One cocktail is 3/4 cup juice with 1-ounce spirit.
