Ingredients

cups
watermelon
cut into chunks and frozen
2 1/2
cups
rosé
2
tbsp
fresh mint leaves
2
ounces
lemon juice
You can use fresh lime juice too.

granulated sugar
Instructions
Prepare the Watermelon:
Cut fresh watermelon into cubes and freeze them for at 12 hours.
Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, rosé, fresh mint, ice, lemon juice, and your choice of granulated sugar or honey.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and with a slushy consistency.
Adjust Sweetness:
Taste the frosé and add more sugar or honey if you prefer it to be sweeter.
Serve Immediately:
Pour the watermelon frosé into chilled glasses and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
