Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2 1/2 cups rosé
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces lemon juice You can use fresh lime juice too. 
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the Watermelon: Cut fresh watermelon into cubes and freeze them for at 12 hours.
  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, rosé, fresh mint, ice, lemon juice, and your choice of granulated sugar or honey.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and with a slushy consistency.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Taste the frosé and add more sugar or honey if you prefer it to be sweeter.
  • Serve Immediately: Pour the watermelon frosé into chilled glasses and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
