How to Make Coconut Mojito

In a highball glass, muddle 6 mint leaves with cream of coconut.

Add in the rum, lime juice, and coconut milk and stir.

Fill with ice and top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with shredded coconut and a lime wheel.
