Agua fresca is the ultimate warm-weather drink—light, fruity, and ridiculously refreshing. Made with just fruit, water, and a touch of sweetness, it’s perfect for sipping poolside, at backyard parties, or straight from the fridge on a hot day. Here are four of our favorite flavor combos to blend up and enjoy all summer long!

Guava & Coconut Agua Fresca Recipe
42ozguavacanned
54ozcoconut milk
16cups water
Instructions
Peel and chop up your fruit—no skins or rinds allowed! (If you’re making the guava coconut version, skip this step since the paste and milk are ready to go.)
Toss the fruit and sugar into your blender—don’t add the water just yet. If your blender’s like mine and can’t handle it all at once, no worries—just blend in batches.
Once it’s smooth, pour it into a big drink dispenser or barrel, then add the water and plenty of ice. Want it silky smooth? Strain it through a sieve before mixing in the water and ice.
Toss in your fruit chunks, berries, and give it all a happy stir with the ice.
Each recipe makes 6 quarts!
Notes
Use half bag of ice for serving. Add more sugar for a sweeter Agua Fresca. Use a sieve to strain the mixture for a smoother drink.Use a ladle to serve.
