Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • 2 ounces sparkling rosé

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur and grapefruit juice.
  • Shake for 20 seconds.
  • Rim a glass with salt and fill it with ice.

  • Strain into the rimmed glass.
  • Top with sparkling rosé.

Notes

Feel free to add a pinch of salt to the rim or a few slices of fresh lime for garnish.
I like to use pink Himalayan salt for this drink if you don't want to use sparkling rosé, you can use sparkling white wine or champagne
If you want a stronger drink, add an extra shot of tequila.
Feel free to adjust the amount of simple syrup depending on how sweet you like your drinks.
Add a little lime zest over the top of the drink for more fragrance and flavor.
 Add a lime wedge, edible flower, dehydrated orange slice, or a grapefruit wedge to garnish.
