- 1 ounce Lillet
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces apple cider
- 3 ounces Prosecco
- 3 drops bitters
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, and apple cider to the glass.
Add 3 drops (or dashes) bitters
Top with Prosecco.
- This recipe uses about 3 ounces of Prosecco, so 1 bottle will give you about 8 drinks.
- If you want a sweeter drink, add a bit more Lillet Blanc.
- For a less sweet drink, add more Prosecco.
- If you want a stronger drink, add more Apple Cider.
- If you want a weaker drink, add a splash of club soda.
