Slice half of the tomatoes in half and leave the others whole.
In a medium bowl add in all of the ingredients for the marinated cherry tomatoes.
Let them sit for at least 1 hour at room temperature. You can marinated them overnight
Burrata Platter
Place the fresh burrata in different areas on the platter.
Next, slice your apples into wedges and drape a slice of prosciutto over each wedge.
Add the apples and prosciutto to the platter.
Scatter marinated tomatoes and olives around the platter.
Drizzle everything with a little olive oil and flakey sea salt.
Notes
Make the cherry tomatoes ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator. Bring them to room temperature to allow the olive oil to settle before serving.Add whatever you like on this platter. This is a base recipe, and you can add to it or double it to make it for 12 people.
