Ingredients

  • 2 ounces carrot juice
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 3 ounces Prosecco

Instructions

  • In a wine or spritz glass add Aperol, carrot juice, and orange juice.
  • Fill to the top with ice.
  • Add in the Prosecco and give it a stir.
  • Garnish with an orange slice or carrot tops.
