Instructions
Fill a large pitcher 1/2 full with ice, then pour in the tequila, lime juice, coconut cream, coconut water, and simple syrup until well combined.
Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water and prosecco.
Pour over ice into glasses, garnish with lime wheels, fresh mint, or a little toasted coconut on the rim, and serve immediately.
