- 20 large strawberries cut in half lengthwise.
- 8 ounces cream cheese soft
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and slice the strawberries lengthwise from the top. Cut a small sliver off the back so they lay flat.
