An Easy Strawberry Party Dessert

Here’s why I love these so much!

No-bake treat: I love that these come together without ever turning on the oven. Just mix, pipe, and you’ve got a stunning dessert in minutes.

Strawberry meets cheesecake: It’s one of my favorite flavor combos—sweet, tangy strawberries topped with a light, whipped cheesecake filling. Basically a bite-sized dream.

Perfect for entertaining: These are always a hit at parties! They’re easy to grab, not messy, and just feel a little fancy without being fussy.

Customizable filling: You can sweeten it more, add lemon zest, a splash of vanilla, or even a little almond extract. Make them your own!

Cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar and strawberries.

Ingredient Notes

  • Strawberries: Go for large, juicy ones so there’s plenty of space for the filling.
  • Cream cheese: Make sure it’s soft for easy mixing—full-fat is best for flavor.
  • Powdered sugar: Sweetens the filling without making it grainy.
  • Vanilla extract: Adds that classic cheesecake flavor.
  • Heavy cream: Whips up light and fluffy—don’t skip this for texture!

How to Make Deviled Strawberries

  1. Prep the strawberries: Wash and slice lengthwise. Cut a sliver off the back so they sit flat.
  2. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until medium peaks form.
  4. Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Assemble: Pipe the filling onto each strawberry half.
  6. Serve: Enjoy right away for the freshest taste!

Recipe Tips & Variations

Go big: Large strawberries not only look cuter, they hold more filling—yes, please!

Flavor it up: Try lemon zest, almond extract, or cocoa powder for a fun twist.

Top it off: Crushed grahams, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate take it up a notch.

Switch it up: Use Greek yogurt or mascarpone if you’re feeling fancy or want it lighter.

Bonus dessert: Leftover filling? Pipe it into a glass and top with a berry—instant whipped cheesecake!

Ingredients

  • 20 large strawberries, cut in half lengthwise.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, soft
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and slice the strawberries lengthwise from the top. Cut a small sliver off the back so they lay flat.
  • Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until medium peaks form. Do not overbeat.
  • Combine the Mixtures: Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Transfer the filling to a large piping bag.
  • Assemble the Strawberries: Pipe the cream cheese filling onto each strawberry half.
  • Serve Immediately: Enjoy these delightful deviled strawberries fresh for the best taste and texture.

Notes

Storage Notes: These are best enjoyed fresh, like, within 6 hours. After that, the strawberries can get a little mushy and the filling starts to lose its fluff. If you do need to store them, pop them in an airtight container in the fridge, but just know they’re at their best the day you make them!

These deviled strawberries are so cute and fun–especially with the little edible flowers as a garnish. These would be such a hit at a ladies’ tea along with your strawberry scones! These would be quick to make, especially since the cheesecake mixture could be made a day in advance and piped on the berries right before serving.
