- 6 ounces bourbon
- 4 ounces orange juice
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup brown sugar is best but you can also make it with granulated sugar.
- 4 ounces ginger beer
If reusing decorative bottles for serving, empty and clean them first.
Add all ingredients except the ginger beer into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix the flavors.
Strain the mixture into a measuring glass with a pour spout for easy serving.
Stir in the ginger beer gently to preserve the fizz.
Carefully pour the finished cocktail into tiny shot glasses.
