How to Make Mini MOM Cakes + Video

- 2 boxed cake mix
- 16 ounces vanilla frosting
- 15 edible flowers
Follow the directions on the back of the cake box. You'll use two cake boxes to make this recipe.
Pour the cake batter into one 18" sheet pan with 1" sides.
Spread the cake mix around so it fills the sheet pan.
Bake for 20 minutes (more or less)
Let the cake cool.
Use 3" cookie cutters to cut out M and O to create MOM. Initially, I made these a layered cake, but you can just keep these a single-layer, making them easier.
Place on a cooling rack.
Pipe on vanilla frosting and add edible flowers and sprinkles to decorate.
