Matcha Spritz
A refreshing matcha spritz made without dairy or artificial sweeteners. This drink is vibrant and perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 oz sparkling water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 tbsp hot water, and 1 tbsp honey. Using a bamboo matcha whisk, whisk in a "W" motion until the mixture is smooth, frothy, and completely clump-free.
- Fill a tall, beautiful glass to the brim with ice. For a truly elevated look, use large ice cubes or our signature matcha ice cubes.
- Pour your bright green matcha paste over the ice. Add in 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice for that perfect citrus zing.
- Slowly pour 6 oz sparkling water over the top. You’ll see the matcha swirl beautifully through the ice! Give it a very gentle stir to combine the flavors without losing the carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh lemon slice or a sprig of mint for that Sugar and Charm touch. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing afternoon pick-me-up!
