- 8 oz brie wheel you can use 8-10 ounces if you want
- 1 sheet puff pastry Find this is the frozen area. You only need one sheet, and you can continue to freeze the rest.
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 medium sprinkle eyes Use small raisins if you don't have sprinkles.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into half-inch slices.
Wrap the entire brie wheel with strips of puff pastry, making sure to pinch in the back to secure it.
Whisk together one egg yolk and a splash of water in a small bowl.
Brush this mixture over the puff pastry-wrapped brie.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the pastry turns golden brown and the cheese oozes.
While it's still hot, place the sprinkled eyes on the brie for a spooky effect.
Serve with crackers, bread, fruits, or any other desired accompaniments.
