Pumpkin Spice Affogato
An easy dessert with only 3 ingredients! Ice cream, coffee and caramel!
Equipment
- Coffee or Espresso Maker
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee we use pumpkin spice flavor
- 3 scoops ice cream vanilla or pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie seasong
- 3 tbsp caramel sauce warmed
Instructions
- Brew coffee or make an espresso shot.
- Add three scoops of ice cream in a glass.
- Pour 1/2 to 1 cup coffee over the ice cream.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with pumpkin pie seasong.
- Serve with a spoon and enjoy.

Notes
You can use brewed coffee or espresso shots for this recipe.
Vanilla or pumpkin spice ice cream both work.
Warm the caramel before adding to the top.
Serve with a spoon.
