Sargent Pepper Spicy Cocktail
If you like spicy cocktails, this drink is for you! It's made with jalapeño infused tequila, cucumber juice and agave. It has the perfect balance of spicy and refreshing and is great for all occasions.

- 2 ounces cucumber juice
- 2 ounces jalapeño infused tequila
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce agave
The first step to making this absolutely delicious spicy cocktail is infusing the tequila! This doesn’t take long as jalapeño peppers are so potent. Add 3 slices to 2 cups of tequila and let it infuse for a few hours. You can leave it overnight or if you want a less spicy cocktail leave it for an hour.
Next, juice cucumbers! You can do this two ways. If you own a juicer, then do that. If you don’t, blend the cucumbers until liquid then press through sieve.
Making the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients. Shake for 30 seconds until the cocktail is diluted.
Rim the glass with a mixture of ground cayenne and salt. Add water around the rim and then dip the glass into a plate of salt and ground cayenne.
Fill the glass with ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.
Make the jalapeño infused tequila and cucumber juice before and store in the refrigerator.
1 cucumber can give you about 6-8 ounces of juice.
