How to Make our Sergeant Pepper Spicy Cocktail
Prepare
Jalapeño Infused Tequila
The first step to making this absolutely delicious spicy cocktail is infusing the tequila! This doesn’t take long as jalapeño peppers are so potent. Add a few slices to 12 ounces tequila and let it infuse for a few hours.
You can leave it overnight or if you want a less spicy cocktail leave it for an hour. Each cocktail will use 2 ounces of tequila, so make more if you’re serving a crowd.
Also, you can remove the jalapeño slices after a day and the tequila will last a very long time!
Cucumber Juice
Next, juice cucumbers! You can do this two ways. If you own a juicer, then do that. If you don’t, blend the cucumbers until liquid then press through sieve.
1 large cucumber will give you about 6 ounces of juice. Each cocktail requires 2 ounces of cucumber juice. If you’re going to be juicing the cucumber, juice at least 2 to have extra juice.
Store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use. Cucumber juice will last 5 days in the refrigerator.
Once those two steps are done you’re ready to make a sergeant pepper!
