I created this recipe with Casa Azul tequila sodas, and it’s so good I had to share it here! I love how light and refreshing it is. It’s easy to drink and has subtle flavors of pineapple and coconut.

Pineapple and coconut are available year-round, and these tropical fruits are also great in the winter, making this punch perfect for serving any time of the year, whether it’s a summer BBQ or a cozy winter gathering. You can whip up this delicious drink quickly with just five simple ingredients.

Ingredient Notes

Before we dive into the recipe, here are some additional notes about the ingredients:

  • Tequila Blanco: This tequila has a clean and crisp flavor that pairs well with the other ingredients. Feel free to use your favorite brand.
  • Pineapple Coconut Juice Blend: Look for a blend combining pineapple and coconut flavors for the perfect tropical twist.
  • Lime Juice: Freshly squeezed lime juice is preferred for the best flavor, but you can also use bottled lime juice if needed.
  • Agave Syrup: This is optional, but it adds a touch of sweetness to the punch. Feel free to adjust the amount depending on your preference.
  • Casa Azul Pineapple Coconut Tequila Soda: This soda adds bubbles to the punch and enhances the tequila flavor. Use any sparkling tequila soda if you can’t find this specific brand.

Recipe Tips and Variations

  • For a more decisive kick, add more tequila to the punch.
  • If you’re not a fan of coconut, you can omit the coconut pineapple juice and simply use pineapple juice instead.
  • For a sweeter version, add more simple syrup or agave.
  • Add diced fruit, such as pineapples or limes, for extra flavor and presentation.
