Spiced Apple Sparkler Punch
A punch that sparkles in flavor and texture! Made with spiced apple cider, sparkling apple cider, apple vodka and sparkling white wine. This punch is perfect for celebrating the holidays!

- 32 ounces pressed apple cider or apple juice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 2 whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon fresh nutmeg, shaved
- 1/2 bottle sparkling apple cider (Martinelli's)
- 1 1/2 cups apple vodka
- 1 bottle sparkling white wine we used a sparkling Moscato
- 1/2 juice of a fresh lemon
- 1 large bag of ice or you can make an ice ring the night before
In a medium sauce pan, add in the apple juice and spices.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes to let the spices infuse.
Remove from heat and let the juice cool. You can add in handful of ice if you're using immediately or you can put it in the fridge to cool and use the next day.
Strain the juice through a sieve, into the punch bowl to remove the spices. You can add the cinnamon sticks back in since they're pretty!
Add in the vodka, sparkling wine, sparkling apple cider and lemon juice.
