- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz club soda
- 1 can lychee
- 10 large blueberries or grapes
- 1/2 oz Grenadine Syrup
Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
Pour in 2 oz gin, 2 oz cranberry juice, and 2 oz club soda.
Gently stir the mixture.
Take canned lychees and drain the syrup. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut a small blueberry in half and gently insert one half into the center of the lychee, where the pit was removed. This will create the "pupil" of the eyeball.
Drizzle grenadine syrup over the garnish to give the drink a spooky, bloody effect.
Make the lychee "eyeballs" before and refrigerate until ready to use them as a garnish.
Add more or less sweetener as you prefer.
