I LOVE these Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats – soft, gooey, and packed with real strawberry flavor. Made with just 4 simple ingredients, they’ve got the perfect creamy berry twist that takes them beyond the classic. One bite and you’re hooked.
In a large pot, melt Clover Sonoma unsalted butter.
Once melted, pour the mini marshmallows and coat them in the butter using a rubber spatula.
It will melt into a marshmallow cream texture. Turn the heat low and add in 1/2 of the dehydrated strawberries. Save the rest for the top. Ensure to crunch the bag to get them into smaller pieces before using them.
Next, add the cereal, coating it in the melted marshmallow and butter mixture. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9x13 pan.
Using parchment paper, press the mixture into the pan evenly.
Press the other half of the strawberries over the top.
