Ingredients
1/2
ounce
simple syrup
3
ounces
grapefruit juice
unsweetened
1
ounce
vodka
1 1/2
ounces
sparkling rosé
or Prosecco
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker add the simple syrup, grapefruit juice, vodka and ice.
Shake for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Pour sparkling Rosé over the top.
Notes
Use fresh grapefruit juice
for the brightest, most refreshing flavor. Pink or ruby red grapefruit works beautifully.
Want it sweeter?
Add an extra splash of
simple syrup
or try honey syrup for a floral twist.
Chill everything
beforehand—cold juice, vodka, and rosé make a big difference!
Make it a mocktail
by swapping vodka and rosé for sparkling water or non-alcoholic rosé, plus a splash of orange juice.
