Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila blanco
  • 2 ounces olive brine
  • dash chili oil
  • 4 green olives to garnish

Instructions

  • Add the tequila and olive brine in a cocktial shaker and shake with ice for 30 seconds.
  • Strain over a large ice cube or in a coup without ice (we prefer ice)
  • Add a few drops of chili oil over the top.
  • Garnish with 4 green olives and enjoy!

Notes

Shake with ice for at least 30 seconds. This dilutes the cocktail and chills it really well. You want the martini to be extra cold!
Use a good brand of Blanco tequila. It matters in martinis.
Add more chili oil if you want.
Enjoy!
