- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 10 slices watermelon
- 2 oranges sliced
- 1 cup pineapple cut into chunks
- 1/2 dragon fruit optional
- 1/2 pound grapes
- 2 kiwi skin removed and sliced
First, place small dipping bowls for fruit dip, caramel, or berries on the platter.
Next, add more oversized items to the platter, like watermelons and grapes. Keep grapes on the vine for extra height and to ensure they don’t roll off the tray.
Add slices of oranges, apples, and chunks of pineapple. If you have the room, place a few small piles, separated, on the platter. If you’re using a round platter, use the shape of the plate to guide where you add the fruit.
Then, layer in smaller items like sliced kiwi and berries.
Tuck in garnishes like fresh mint and edible flowers around the platter.
This is a general guide to serving ten guests. You can add more or less fruit to the platter.
Add seasonal fruit that you know guests will love.
If you like more berries, add more! Again, this is a guide, but you can alter it to fit your needs.
Serve it with our yogurt fruit dip.
You can also add chocolate-covered strawberries to a fruit platter.
