Ingredient Notes

Vanilla Greek Yogurt – Greek yogurt is a type of yogurt that has been strained to remove most of its whey. It has a thicker consistency than normal yogurt. We use vanilla flavored in this dip to add even more flavor to the recipe. You can also use plain yogurt for this recipe too.

Vanilla Extract – Not only does vanilla extract add flavor to this dip, but it also enhances the other flavors in the recipe.

Honey – To add a little more sweetness and offset the tartness of the greek yogurt, we use honey.

Lemon Curd – This curd is a sweet spread made with citrus fruit, such as lemon. It has a tart and lemon flavor to it and pairs well with greek yogurt. It gives this yogurt dip a slight citrus flavor. If you’re up for it, you can also make your own lemon curd

Lemon Zest – Lemon zest is used to garnish the dip and give it a little color and lemon flavor. You can also use orange zest or lime zest.
