Starting with a healthy, light breakfast is the perfect way to get things going! Set up a make-your-own yogurt bowl station filled with fresh toppings for guests can make their own!
We originally made these yogurt bowls for an at-home spa day I was hosting. It was a fun morning filled with facials, masks, oils and mini-massages.
A wellness day or spa day has quickly become one of my favorite party themes! So whether, you’re hosting a party, brunch or just having overnight guests why not make some healthy yogurt bowls and indulge in a little relaxation time!
Yogurt Bowl Toppings
Place greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt on the table. In small bowls, add healthy toppings that go perfectly with yogurt! Here are a few ideas below:
- pineapple
- dragon fruit
- blueberries
- kiwi
- bananas
- raspberries
- coconuts
- almonds
- chai seed
- granola
- honey
- goji berries
Directions for Making Yogurt Bowls
It’s very simple! Scoop as much yogurt as you want into a pretty bowl.
Add toppings over the top! It’s fun to get creative with designs and do rows of toppings!
Drizzle honey over the top and enjoy!
A Few Tips
Make sure you wash all of your fruit and drain so it’s not wet when guests are making their bowls.
If you can, use organic ingredients! Organic yogurt, fruit, and local honey are always preferred!
