Caviar Appetizer Platter

This caviar appetizer platter is a must-have at any special celebration. It’s a simple appetizer that will impress your guests with a stunning display of caviar, accompaniments, and a charming presentation.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces caviar
  • 8 ounces potato chips
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Crème fraîche
  • 1 French baguette sliced and toasted
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1/8 cup chives sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients. If you’re serving onion, finely chop it. Prepare the dips and other ingredients that will go on the platter.
    Empty bowls to make a caviar platter.
  • Place the ingredients in small bowls on the platter.
  • Add ice to two of the bowls for the caviar to sit. 
    Ice in a bowl with dips to make a caviar platter.
  • Add the bread, blinis, and potato chips to the platter.
  • Place fresh herbs around the platter to add color. 
    Caviar in container over ice with a Mother of Pearl spoon.
  • Lastly, bring the caviar out from the refrigerator and place it on the ice. 
  • Place a Mother of pearl spoon next to the caviar.

Keep the caviar in the refrigerator and take it out for 5 minutes before you serve it.
