- 2 ounces caviar
- 8 ounces potato chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Crème fraîche
- 1 French baguette sliced and toasted
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped into tiny pieces
- 1/8 cup chives sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
Prepare your ingredients. If you’re serving onion, finely chop it. Prepare the dips and other ingredients that will go on the platter.
Place the ingredients in small bowls on the platter.
Add ice to two of the bowls for the caviar to sit.
Add the bread, blinis, and potato chips to the platter.
Place fresh herbs around the platter to add color.
Lastly, bring the caviar out from the refrigerator and place it on the ice.
Place a Mother of pearl spoon next to the caviar.
