- 1/2 Pint Ice Cream
- Sprinkles
- 20 snickerdoodle cookies
Instructions
- Bake a batch of our chewy snickerdoodle cookies.
- Add one scoop of ice cream to the bottom of a cookie and then add another cookie on the top.
- Gently press the cookies together to sandwich the ice cream between them.
- Roll in sprinkles to add color!
