Eden’s Recipe Tips
Stick to using a microwave for melting the chocolate, if possible. The advantage of using a microwave is that the mixture will not stick to the bottom of the pan during cooking.
Ideally, use a candy thermometer to check if the fudge is done.
Spray your baking tray with cooking oil, before pouring in your fudge mixture.
If you want to slice the fudge neatly, use a long knife.

How long can this last outside the fridge?
Fudge can last about 2 weeks in the fridge.
Heya,
Just reading through your recipe. What temperature does the fudge need to be cooked to? When u say microwave, thatโs just a standard one? Iโm in England and I know some things are slightly different. Do you freeze or fridge the fudge?
Thank you

This was so easy! My 3 year old and I just whipped up a batch. We didn’t have raspberries so we just left them out. I can’t wait until it’s set – yummy!
Hi! This looks AMAZING!! I do have a question though… : how long will it keep (considering the raspberry purรฉe is not cooked)? Thanks!
This fudge sounds amazing – the perfect combo of raspberries & chocolate…thanks!
