Eucalyptus in shower hanging from shower head

There is nothing I like more than a visit to the day spa. However, it’s not a reality to go more than a few times a year. So instead, I bring all the spa vibes home with simple and easy ideas that make my home feel zen and peaceful.

From shower bundles to essential oils, to natural cleaning products, lighting candles and always having fresh flowers inside. Those are a just a few ways I create a spa atmosphere in my home.

In my garden, I grow both lavender and eucalyptus so I can use it throughout my house and to make shower bundles.

Shower bundles are simple to make and look so beautiful hanging in the shower. You’ll need fresh eucalyptus and lavender to make these, which you can usually find at a local grocery store or farmers market.

What Are Shower Bundles?

Shower bundles are made with fresh eucalyptus and lavender which are both plants that help promote relaxation. They are hung near the shower head and the hot shower steam releases their aromatherapy powers.
