The Gin Goblin has arrived! I love how this gin, green tea and cucumber cocktail turned out. It’s perfect for Halloween night, if you’re having a few friends over to pass out candy. You can make 4-6 six in a batch which is easy for entertaining. It’s extremely refreshing and even somewhat healthy! It has green tea, cucumber, mint and lemon. You can add a little kiwi as well if you want to give it an extra kick of sweetness. I enjoyed sipping a cocktail that wasn’t too sweet and that I didn’t feel guilty about drinking, especially with all of the Halloween candy I’ll be eating!

Top Tips For Green Tea And Cucumber Cocktails

  • Make sure your final cocktail mix has been blended smooth
  • Use one big ice cube per serving, put the cube in just before giving it out to guests, this way the ice does not dilute the drink too much.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and cucumber.
  • Add a spooky stirrer for added drama! 😉
