These snow cones could not be easier! To make the snow cones, add a few scoops of snow cone ice, pour 1 ounce to 2 ounces spirit of choice, then top it off with about 1 to 2 ounces syrup!

Add garnishes, a straw or a spoon!

Snow Cone Ice

The easiest way to get snow cone ice is from a local ice shop, yes, these exist! Depending on how many guests you have, two 40 pound bags of shaved ice should be enough.

If you have a large freezer you can pick the ice up the day before. If you don’t, pick the ice up the same day as the party and store it in a cooler.

The Yeti coolers look charming and guests can scop the ice right out of the cooler.

Snow Cone Syrup

You can make your own or buy snow cone syrups to save time.

  • Monin Syrups
  • Jack Rudy Cocktail Co

If you want to make your own you can too. It takes more time, but follow our Italian soda syrup recipes. For this snow cone stand, we made blackberry, cherry, and strawberry.

Double the recipe for more syrup!
