This Sicilian Kiss Cocktail is a dessert cocktail, made with 4 simple ingredients. It’s a cream-based drink, not too sweet and a good alternative to eggnog in the winter.

Sicilian Kiss Cocktail with Baileys Irish Cream Cream, Vodka and Kalua. On a table with Pink Flowers

After ordering countless Sicilian Kiss cocktails, on our cruise to the British Isles, I finally asked for the recipe for this delicious libation! To my surprise, they kindly obliged so I wanted to share it with you all.

This cocktail is made with Baileys Irish Cream, Kalua, Vodka, and cream. It’s like dessert in a cup with four easy ingredients. A very festive and cocktail for winter and Christmas. However, it’s also perfect for Saint Patrick’s Day!

Even though it is more of a dessert-style drink, it’s not overly sweet, which I love. It’s more subtle and not overbearing. Such a fun drink for the holidays! It’s also really easy to make and you could make two or three at a time too.

Ingredients

  • Baileys Irish Cream
  • Kalua
  • Vodka
  • Heavy Cream

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake for at least 20 seconds so the ice can dilute the cocktail.

Strain it over a large ice cube and add a little cinnamon on top.

How do you make large ice cubes?

To make large ice cubes, use a silicone ice cube tray with 2″ squares. Just like this one. I always have it filled in the freezer for last-minute cocktails. The ice takes much longer to melt giving you more sipping time.

What kind of alcohol is Baileys Irish Cream?

A common question people ask is “what is Baileys Irish Cream?” It’s a cream-based liqueur made with Irish whiskey and Irish cream. 75% percent of the liqueur is sourced from Ireland.

It’s sweetened with cane sugar and beet sugar. You can read more about Baileys Irish Cream ingredients here.
