Coffee and vanilla ice cream together is one of my favorite flavor combinations. I specifically remember sitting outside on a really hot summer day, sipping a coffee shake from Baskin-Robbins. Yes, my mother pretty much let me eat what I wanted.

Then at 16, I started working at a coffee shop (best job ever!) and we made Kona coffee milkshakes that were to die for. That is where my love for coffee and ice cream started and I will always be a fan!

Coffee Milkshake Ingredients

  • Caramel brewed coffee: Adds a rich, sweet coffee flavor with hints of caramel.
  • Vanilla ice cream: Makes the drink creamy, smooth, and perfectly indulgent.
  • Caramel syrup: Enhances the sweetness and adds an extra layer of caramel goodness.

How to Make It

  1. Brew caramel coffee and let it cool.
  2. Blend it with vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup until smooth.
  3. Swirl extra caramel syrup in the glass before pouring.
  4. Top with whipped cream and your favorite toppings (coffee cake crumbs, sprinkles, or chocolate chips).

Recipe Tips

No blender? Use a large mason jar with a spoon inside and shake until smooth.

Serve in a tall glass, frosty mug, or even a margarita glass for fun.

Pour extra into a small pitcher for refills—trust me, they’ll want one.

Crumbled coffee cake on top is a game-changer!
