1 — Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

4 — We used a store-bought pumpkin pie to make small slices to top our milkshakes with.

- Use a powerful blender to make the milkshake super smooth. We use a Vitamix, expensive but worth the investment!
- If the milkshake is watery, add a scoop of ice or more ice cream and blend.
- If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Leave out the bourbon if you want a non-alcoholic milkshake.
