Smoothies are a big part of our daily life in the Passante household! Sometimes I get stuck in smoothie ruts, using the same frozen fruit, powders, etc. Since our Jasmine is in full bloom, I was inspired to create something yummy to adorn with these beautiful, edible flowers. Thus, I introduce you to the most delicious Jasmine and Peach breakfast smoothie! It’s bright, cheerful, full of healthy ingredients and sweetened with maple syrup! It has a little Jasmine green tea for energy and oats to keep you full. It’s the perfect breakfast smoothie to jumpstart your day!
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 6 ounces peach yogurt
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup Jasmine tea
- 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- ½ cup almond milk
- 4 fresh Jasmine flowers if you have them
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with Jasmine and peaches!
