Smoothies are a big part of our daily life in the Passante household! Sometimes I get stuck in smoothie ruts, using the same frozen fruit, powders, etc.

Since our Jasmine is in full bloom, I was inspired to create something yummy to adorn with these beautiful, edible flowers. Thus, I introduce you to the most delicious Jasmine and Peach breakfast smoothie!

It’s bright, cheerful, full of healthy ingredients and sweetened with maple syrup! It has a little Jasmine green tea for energy and oats to keep you full.

How to Make a Peach Smoothie

To make smoothies, you’ll need a good, powerful blender. There are so many options, but our favorite is the Vitamix. I’ve had mine for almost 8 years and it still works wonders!

The other thing to note about smoothie making is that you can truly alter the ingredients. If you don’t have peach yogurt, use vanilla. If you don’t like almond milk, use oat milk. Furthermore, if you don’t want to add rolled oats, leave them out! They’re totally necessary.

There are plenty of ways to switch it up and make it your own. Think of this as a guide to making a peach smoothie!

Ingredients

Here’s a list of the ingredients we used:

  • Frozen peaches
  • Peach yogurt
  • Rolled Oats
  • Jasmine tea
  • Maple syrup
  • Almond milk
  • Jasmine flowers – To garnish

Rolled oats are added to this smoothie to make it a nutritious breakfast smoothie. Oats are one of the healthiest grains you can eat! They are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. Furthermore, they’re inexpensive!

You don’t need fancy protein powders to make a very healthy, vitamin-packed smoothie!

This smoothie is also sweetened with real, organic maple syrup. However, honey works just as well! We just loved the “breakfast” flavors maple syrup add to the smoothie.

Directions

The directions are simple. Just add all of the ingredients into a powerful blender and blend until completely smooth. If you need more milk, add more. If you feel it needs to be sweeter, add a little more syrup.
