Truffle Potato Chips and Prosciutto Appetizer
Potatoe Chips – Something like Kettle Brand works
Truffle Oil – Only the good stuff
Proscuitto – Find packaged at the grocery store or a meat and cheese shop
Pepper – Fresh ground pepper
First, fill a plate or bowl with potato chips.
Generously cover the potato chips with truffle oil.
Add slices of prosciutto over the top.
Crack fresh pepper it all.
What is Prosciutto?
Prosciutto is an Italian dry-cured ham made from pork legs. Typically the ham is cleaned, salted, and left for a few months. When it’s ready to be served, it’s thinly sliced.
Truffle oil is made by infusing truffles into oil, like olive or canola. It’s used as a finishing oil for culinary dishes like pizza, pasta, and more. It has the flavor and aromoas of truffles and pairs well with many dishes. There are several brands of truffle oil you can use. We really enjoy Truff which is what we used in this recipe.

- 8 ounces potato chips, 1 bag Kettle
- 3 ounces prosciutto
- 5 tbsp truffle oil, more if you like!
- Pour the chips onto a plate or into a bowl
