Our portion of the dinner party was to come up with a welcoming cocktail. Greeting your guests with a cocktail, beer or a glass of wine is one of my top entertaining rules. It helps your guests relax and spark conversation right away. I’m super excited about today’s cocktail recipe as it’s our take on a delicious apple crisp cocktail. It uses only four ingredients apple cider, apple whiskey, honey simple syrup and lemon juice and those are the only four ingredients it needs. Well, I did add a very small amount of fresh shaved nutmeg to the top, but I had too! I needed more of those festive flavors coming from the drink. This cocktail is Thanksgiving in a glass!
Onion Tart – What a perfect appetizer to start the festivities off with! This one comes from Julie Blanner and it looks absolutely divine!
