Happy Monday! Here’s a sweet and very easy blondie recipe to start off the week! This is my favorite recipe for the best toffee chocolate chip peanut butter blondies ever! How To Make Toffee Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies – Step By Step

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • With an electric mixer and paddle attachment, cream the butter and both sugars on high until light and fluffy.
  • Turn the mixer to low speed and add in the vanilla and the eggs one at a time.
  • Mix well, scraping down the sides.
  • Add in the peanut butter and vegetable oil.
  • In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt and give it a few whisks to remove any clumps.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • Fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  • Bake in a 9×9 greased square pan (or similar) for about 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
  • Do not over bake these peanut butter blondies or they will be dry!

What Is A Blondie?

A blondie is a rich, sweet dessert bar. It resembles the traditional chocolate brownie, but substitutes vanilla for the cocoa used in brownies, and contains brown sugar. Blondies are made from flour, brown sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla, and may also contain walnuts or pecans. You have to try these peanut butter blondies!

What’s The Difference Between Brownies and Blondies?

A blondie is similar to a brownie in most aspects except for the fact that it’s based on brown sugar instead of cocoa. This results in a taste that’s reminiscent of butterscotch, rather than the common chocolate brownie flavor.

Toffee Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies – An Easy Blondie Recipe

These rich, moist and altogether awesome peanut butter blondies are so easy to make. Plus, at just 15 minutes prep time and less than 30 mins to cook, this is a quick blondie recipe too! It serves up to 15 people, perfect for an easy pot luck or bake sale, or just to gobble up within the four walls of your home!

Top Tips For Toffee Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies

  • Use a preheated oven.
