  • Water

How To Make Hard Apple Cider Jello Shots

  • Take the water and 2 cups of hard cider and put them in a pot with the sugar.
  • Add the gelatin and let proof for a few minutes.
  • Once swelled or bloomed, put the pot over medium heat and bring to a slow boil until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Take off the heat and add in the remaining 2 cups of hard cider.
  • Pour the mixture into a square 9×9 baking dish and cover in the fridge for a few hours until set.
  • Once set, cut them into small cubes and put them in a 9×9 square dish, piling them on top of each other.

How To Make Condensed Milk Jello

  • Mix 1/2 cup cold water and 2 gelatin packets together in a mixing bowl and let proof.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Mix in one can of sweetened condensed milk. Let the mixture come to room temperature, and pour 1 cup over the cubed cider Jello.

Hard Apple Ciders

Cider is one of our favorite fall ingredients. I would use a local cider company if possible. However, if not, here are some great hard cider options.

  • Square Mile Hopped Apple Cider
  • Angry Orchard Green Apple Cider
  • Strongbow’s Gold Hard Apple Cider
  • Samuel Smith’s Organic Cider
  • Famille Dupont Organic Cider

A Perfect Halloween Party Jello Shot
