Apple Vodka Cocktail Ingredients

  • Cold-Pressed Apple Juice: You’ll need 3 cups of fresh, crisp apple juice to infused with lavender. This will make about 8 cocktails.
  • Dried Lavender (Food-Grade): 4 tablespoons for a subtle floral infusion. You will add this to the apple juice to infuse. You can find food-grade lavender here.
  • Vodka: Adds a smooth, boozy kick to the cocktail.

Directions

Infuse the Apple Juice: Combine 3 cups of apple juice and 4 tablespoons of dried lavender in a jar. Seal it and refrigerate overnight, or up to a few days, for a deeper infusion.

Strain the Lavender: Once infused, pour the mixture through a mesh sieve to remove the lavender, leaving you with fragrant, lavender-infused apple juice.

Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 1/2 ounces of the infused apple juice and 1 ounce of vodka.

Shake and Serve: Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, then strain into a glass filled with ice.

Enjoy: Sip and savor this refreshing, floral apple cocktail!

Make a Large Batch

If you have a party, this cocktail is a great option! You can up the ratio of ingredients for your lavender-infused apple juice so you have a big batch of your base. All you have to do then, is add your vodka and shake it up!
