The combination of Ritual zero-proof aperitif and zero-proof champagne and beet juice creates a unique blend of flavors, while the candy skewer and spider ice cubes make it extra fun for all your guests.

I wanted to create a Halloween mocktail that was easy to make but also very festive. It’s important to have options for your guests when they come over, so you can easily whip them up this drink that’s just as good as any cocktail!

It has a vibrant, bitter flavor with bold bubbles and I love the color too. If you like pink drinks, I have an entire list of them I like to make!

Halloween Mocktail Ingredients

Zero-proof aperitif: Adds a touch of bitterness and complexity, mimicking the classic flavors of an Aperol Spritz.

Zero-proof champagne: Brings a refreshing, bubbly fizz to the drink, giving it a celebratory feel.

Soda water: Lightens the mocktail and adds even more bubbles for a refreshing sip.

Beet juice: Gives the drink its vibrant, spooky red color and adds a subtle sweetness.

Halloween candy skewer: A fun and festive garnish made with candy pumpkins and gummy brains for a playful touch.

Spider ice cubes: Creepy spider ice cubes add a spooky Halloween vibe to the drink while keeping it chilled.

I think that Ritual Aperitif is the best choice for a zero-proof Aperol. It captures traditional aperitifs’ bitter, complex flavors but without the alcohol. Its botanical blend of citrus, herbs, and spices creates a balanced flavor profile that pairs beautifully with sparkling drinks.

Tips for the Perfect Halloween Mocktail

  • Chill your ingredients: Keep the champagne and soda water in the fridge before serving to ensure the drink is extra refreshing.
  • Make it festive: The Halloween candy skewer and spider ice cubes make the mocktail both fun and spooky.
  • Serve immediately: The mocktail is best enjoyed right after it’s made to keep the bubbles fresh.
