You all loved my Candy Corn Vodka Shots (they’ve become a Halloween favorite year after year!), so I had to take it up a notch with a full cocktail version! Meet my Candy Corn Martini, a creamy, dreamy, and delightfully nostalgic drink that tastes just as charming as it looks!

Why You’ll Love This Candy Corn Martini

  • Actually tastes like real candy corn, smooth, creamy, and sweet in the best way.
  • Made with three-ingredients: homemade candy corn–infused vodka and marshmallow liqueur (just like my Peeps cocktail!) for authentic flavor.
  • No pineapple juice here! The orange color (like my pumpkin margarita!) and sweetness come from real candy corn.
  • Easy to prep ahead – infuse the vodka days before your party. I also infuse vodka when making my Halloween Moscow mule and it’s so good!

Candy Corn Martini Ingredients

Candy Corn Vodka – The star of the show! It gives the drink that signature orange color and nostalgic sweetness. See how to make it below.

Marshmallow Liqueur – Adds that light, fluffy flavor and makes the drink taste like a toasted marshmallow dream. If you can’t find it, try vanilla or white chocolate liqueur.

Cream or Half-and-Half – Balances out the sweetness and gives the martini a silky, smooth texture. I’ve used both, and each works beautifully depending on how rich you want it. I use it in my Sicilian Kiss cocktail too.

Candy Corn Gummies (for garnish) – I love finishing this cocktail with a playful garnish, just like my Halloween mocktail. The little candy corn gummies or even a few pieces of traditional candy corn add instant charm!

How to Make a Candy Corn Martini

  1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 2 ounces of candy corn vodka, 1 ounce marshmallow liqueur, and ½ ounce cream or half-and-half.
  3. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds (the most crucial step) to chill the drink and helps the cream blend perfectly with the liqueur.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  5. Garnish with candy corn gummies or a few floating candy corns for a charming finish.

Candy Corn Vodka Infusion

This is where the magic happens! The candy corn melt into the vodka, infusing it with a gorgeous orange hue and a sweet, vanilla-honey flavor.

  • 1 ½ cups candy corn
  • 3 cups vodka (or more)

Combine: Add the candy corn to a large jar, then pour in the vodka.

Steep: Let the mixture sit for about 2 days, or even longer for a deeper flavor. Give it a gentle shake or stir occasionally.

Strain: After it’s infused, the mixture will look a little funky — don’t worry, that’s normal! Stir it well, then strain it through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean jar or bottle.

Store: Discard the melted candy mixture and keep your vibrant orange vodka chilled in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Eden’s Recipe Tips

Make it ahead: You can infuse the candy corn vodka up to a week in advance! Just store it in a sealed jar in the refrigerator until you’re ready to make your martinis.

Store the vodka: Candy corn vodka will keep for up to a month in the fridge. Give it a quick stir or shake before using, as the sugars may have settled slightly.

Batch it: Double or triple the recipe and keep it chilled in a pitcher without ice. Shake individual servings with ice before pouring to keep that creamy texture.

Make it a party: Set up a little martini station so guests can shake their own Candy Corn Martinis — it’s always a hit!
