Last year we teamed up with Apothic Wine and created some delicious wine cocktails using their white and red wine.

Our Red Moon Over Manhattan has taken the internet by storm and our Ginger and Lemon White Cocktail is super refreshing! Now we have our Totally Fuzzed which is one of my personal favorites!

Bottle of Apothic White wine with two tall cocktails in a glass.

We called this one “Totally Fuzzed” and it was inspired by the tropical and peach aromas in white wine. This palate-pleasing cocktail is made with fresh grapefruit juice and peach liqueur that provide the perfect balance of smooth, tropical flavors.

How to Make a Totally Fuzzed White Wine Cocktail

This is an easy recipe to make! Furthermore, you only need 4 ingredients! I mean… does it get better than that?!

Ingredients:

  • White Wine
  • Fresh-squeezed Grapefruit Juice
  • Sugar
  • Peach liqueur

What is peach liqueur?

A peach liqueur is a sweetened, flavored spirit that is great as a digestif or to mix with cocktails. You can find it at all liquor stores and in the grocery store too.

White Wine for Cocktails

We used Apothic white for this, but you can certainly use a nice blend, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio or even Riesling. However, you want to make sure it’s a nice light wine not anything too heavy.

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain over a glass filled with ice.

In addition to our Totally Fuzzed, our white wine sangria is absolutely DELICIOUS! It’s also refreshing and simple to make.
